  3. The Pilgrims planning Amarnath yatra through helicopter, carry compulsory health certificate (CHC) only (Online or Bank Registration pass or permit not required)
  4. Pilgrims opting for trekking packages must submit a medical form and obtain a registration pass, which is sufficient for participation in the Amarnath Pilgrimage.
  5. All pilgrims must register with the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB) and obtain a Compulsory Health Certificate (CHC) from an Shri amarnathji shrine board authorized doctors

2. Prepare Physically in Advance

  • Start regular walking, jogging, and breathing exercises at least one month before the yatra to build stamina for the trek.
  • To prepare for the journey, it is advisable to walk 4-5 km daily, consult a doctor, practice deep breathing exercises, and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
