- Pilgrims are responsible for following shrine board rules, registration requirements, and health guidelines.
- Travelers are expected to maintain discipline, respect religious sentiments, and cooperate with group leaders or guides.
6. Liability
- Religious Tour and Travel acts only as a facilitator between pilgrims and service providers (transport, hotels, helicopter operators, etc.).
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, accidents, or other factors beyond our control.
- Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
7. Health and Safety
- Certain pilgrimages like Amarnath Yatra and Kailash Mansarovar Yatra require good physical health. It is the responsibility of the traveler to undergo medical check-ups and carry prescribed health certificates.
- Religious Tour and Travel is not responsible for any medical issues arising during the journey. Emergency assistance will be provided, but expenses must be borne by the traveler.
